How long will my order take?
For crochet items, orders usually take 5-7 days to create.
For watercolor portraits, 7-14 days. Good quality photos will need to be sent first. Then I will send a rough sketch of the painting to make sure you like the composition and drawing. Once I get your approval, I will start the painting.
**During the holidays, orders may take longer depending how many orders are placed. I will be let you know exactly how long an order will take during the holidays.
Where is my package?
I ship everything from Belgium and use BPost to mail all your orders. You will go to www.bpost.be/track and type in the 13 digit tracking number, which I will provide to you.
The website may be in French but you can change it to English in the upper right hand corner. When putting in your reference number (RF 000 000 000 BE) please include the spaces.
If you are from the United States, once the package gets to the US it can be tracked under USPS’ website with the same tracking number.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes!! I love to work on custom orders. If you are wanting something specific, please send me a message and we can work together. I can do custom crochet dolls, for example, if you want a crochet version of yourself or a loved one.
If you have something in mind for a watercolor painting, send me a message so we can figure out what you want.
Why is my package taking so long?
For the moment, packages have been arriving within the timeframe given to me from the post office. But due to the pandemic and if the order was placed during the holidays, it may take a little longer. Tracking information is provided to you. If it’s still in Belgium, I can always follow up on my end. But once it leaves Belgium, you will need to follow up with your post office with the tracking information.
Do you have a physical store?
I do not have a brick and mortar store. But I do many pop up shops, markets, Comic Cons, and other conventions. These will be announced on my instagram and facebook pages. I would love to meet you!
